Do you feature a local music section in your store?
Yes, our shop is split about half new and half used. We do feature a local music section and host bands frequently for in-store signings and performances.
Is there a lot of jazz available at your store?
There is not usually a lot of jazz in the local section, but there is plenty in the used bins and some in the new as well. We are also in the process of pressing a really cool EP for a local band that is jazz/swing, set to be out in September.
Can you tell me more about the upcoming jazz/swing EP?
The music is fantastic, and I will let you know when it's ready. Be sure to say hello if you make the trip!
What types of records do you buy?
We are always looking for pop, rock, and jazz, but will take any genre as long as the vinyl and cover are in good condition.
How do you evaluate records for purchase?
Depending on the title, we typically quote anywhere from $.50-$10 per record. You are welcome to bring anything by anytime, and a staff member will look at them and give you a quote.
