FAQ
What types of music genres do you buy?
We primarily look for records from the Rock N Roll era and related genres including rock, metal, punk, garage, psychedelic, surf, new wave, and classic rock. We also seek Hip Hop, certain Jazz, many Country titles, and Reggae.
What condition should the records be in for selling?
We purchase records in conditions ranging from good to mint. All items must be complete with their original packaging and in playable condition. Water damaged or torn covers are not acceptable.
Do you buy all types of records?
We focus mainly on LPs and do not buy 78's. We don't do much with 45's either, except under specific conditions. We are currently not making cash offers for 45 RPM records.
What are the payment options available?
We offer cash for most items and store credit, which provides greater value particularly for DVDs. Credit options are also available for other formats.
How long does the evaluation process take?
The duration depends on the number of items you bring in. We must check each item for playability and quality, which can take longer if the buying counter is busy. You may have to leave your items, and we will call you with an offer as soon as it is ready.
What should I bring in and what should I avoid?
Bring in desirable genres such as Rock N Roll and related music from the 1950s to current releases. Ensure all items are complete and in good condition. Avoid Easy Listening genres unless they are exceptional collections.
