Do you buy personal collections?

We do buy personal collections! We ask that people bring in 50 pieces or less at a time so our buyers can do their evaluation in a reasonable amount of time.

Should I call before bringing in my records?

Yes, we also ask that sellers call before coming in just to make sure a buyer is available. You can reach us at (414) 281-6644.

What are the best times to bring in my records for evaluation?

Generally, 1 – 6 pm Mon-Sat are the best windows to try.

What genres of music are you interested in purchasing?

We are interested in most genres, especially rock, pop, and metal. We also take rap, r&b, jazz, and blues. To a lesser extent, we'll consider country, folk, and international.

Are there any types of records you do not accept?

We tend to pass on classical, big band, and easy listening. We accept most vinyl types except 78s (shellac). We will pass on moldy records and excessively scratched and warped records, or those without the outer sleeve.

How do you determine the condition of the records?

Our buyers are happy to make those determinations on scratches and warps for you so you don't have to. They are experts in determining condition and the market for preowned vinyl.
