Record store in Cliffside Park, NJ
Music Country has been operating from its original location in Cliffside Park since 1934, making it the oldest record store in the United States still run by the same family. Founded by Anthony Taliaferro, the shop was renamed by his daughter Joan Demarest in the 1980s. Joan and her husband Bill currently own and operate the store.
