How do you determine the value of the records I bring in?

We use Discogs to get a market value and also rely on good sense and intuition. The condition of the record is very important in determining its value.

What options do I have once an offer is made?

You are given the option of receiving cash or store credit for your records. We bump up the offer around 10% if you choose store credit.

Can I bring in any type of records?

At this point, we are willing to take in whatever you want to get rid of. If it's stuff we can't use, we will let you know, but we put leftover items in donation boxes.

What should I do if I want to sell my records?

Just bring them in, and we can assess the value and hopefully make an offer you find acceptable.

How do you handle records that you cannot use?

If we cannot use the records you bring in, we can inform you right away. Those that we cannot resell will be placed in donation boxes.
