What types of records do you not buy?

We do not buy 78s due to the limited market for them. Additionally, we typically avoid Classical, Big Band Jazz (such as Tommy Dorsey or Glen Miller style), Easy Listening/Smooth Jazz, and most Country records, although there are exceptions like Johnny Cash or Willie Nelson.

What types of records do you purchase?

We are interested in purchasing 45s, although they generally don't command high prices. We also buy 12" records, particularly in genres like Rock/Pop and, to a lesser extent, Rap/R&B. We buy records across various categories including Jazz, Blues, Folk, and more.

How important is the condition of the records?

Condition is very important. Records should be in very good condition to be considered for purchase, as this significantly affects their market value.

What should I do if I want to sell my records to you?

Might I suggest you bring them in at your earliest convenience? We can take a look and hopefully buy a bunch! This allows us to assess their condition and desirability directly.
