What condition do the records need to be in?

Buyers only want super clean vinyl—no names written on covers, no deep scratches, and LP covers not split on top or bottom. If an LP came with extras like posters or insert lyric sheets, they all help increase the value.

Are there any types of records you do not need?

We do not need records by Barry Manilow, Barbra Streisand, most Broadway soundtracks, or Sergio Mendes.

When is the best time to bring in records? Do I need an appointment?

I'm in from Wednesday through Sunday. Honestly, no appointment is needed, and I can zip through quickly. I have a collection of 300 LP's coming in today to look at, but any time after today is wide open.
