Can I bring my records in for an evaluation?
Yes, we'd be glad to take a look at your records. Due to staffing, it would be best if you could drop them off with us.
When can I drop off my records?
You can drop them off any time that we're open, Wednesday through Sunday from Noon to 7 PM.
What happens after I drop off my records?
We'll look through them and come up with an offer on the ones we're interested in.

No, there's no obligation to accept the offer if it doesn't meet your expectations.
