When are you available in the shop?
I'm in the shop on Wednesdays from 12-6pm, or we can schedule an appointment if that time doesn't work for you.
Do you offer store credit or cash for records?
I can offer either store credit or buy them outright, depending on what you prefer.
How do you determine the value of a record collection?
With such a huge collection, I usually need to dig through them to check the condition and then make an offer based on what I find.
How long does it take to evaluate a large collection?
With the size of your collection, it might take me a bit to dig through them all. I appreciate your patience during this process.
How can store credit benefit me more than a cash offer?
If you want to help the shop, opting for shop credit is always more than any cash offer and it helps us keep the doors open.
