New sealed albums are returnable within 30 days, while used and vintage records have a 14-day return window with a 25% restocking fee.

Underground Vinyl operates Thursday and Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm. The shop donates 100% of its profits to Americares and supports local community organizations.
