Please & Thank You is a Louisville coffee shop and bakery that opened on March 17, 2011, on East Market Street. The original location serves full coffee service alongside the shop's signature chocolate chip cookies, which feature a 12-minute on-demand bake time and are made from a closely guarded recipe. The shop also carries books and merchandise. With a welcoming atmosphere complete with a jukebox, Please & Thank You has become a local institution featured in major publications including Martha Stewart Living, GQ, and Southern Living.

Owner Brooke Vaughn sources locally roasted coffee from Good Folks and has expanded to three Louisville-area locations while maintaining the brand's core identity. The shop's policy is straightforward: hot coffee, fresh cookies, loud music, and no decaf. Please & Thank You does not buy used items. The company is currently franchising in select regional states and offers an Airstream mobile unit option for qualified franchise partners interested in expanding the Please & Thank You experience.
