Do you buy record collections from the public?

Yes! we do! We are always seeking small and large collections.

Are there any genres or formats you don’t accept?

Our selection of vinyl, CD and yes! Cassettes are very diverse. Genres: from the 1960’s forward, rock, punk, soul, jazz, metal, pop, rap, R&B, compilations, soundtracks, and tons more. Although we look for high quality pressing of classical music like Telarc. Classic isn’t as sought after as other media in our location.

Do you buy 45s and 78s, or mainly LPs?

LPs are the primary media we seek, 45’s depending on genre. We take and sort what we will keep, give away, or donate. 78’s are generally given away.

Should sellers call ahead or bring records directly to the store?

We recommend sellers call the store to setup a time to stop in so we can dedicate time to look at their vinyl collection.

All vinyl above 5 dollars and above is cleaned ultrasonically in our two machines. we Goldmine grade both vinyl and cover, and we use archival inner and outer sleeves. We also have everything for vinyl cleaning, preservation, and storage. We are the South Shore’s One-Stop for everything audio/video and Music.
